Reservations are required for all classes. Classes must be paid for in advance. Refunds will be given on cancellations up to seven days in advance of the class date. If you cannot attend a class that you have reserved, please let us know, even if it is at the last minute. If we have a waiting list and are able to fill your seat, you will receive a class credit for future use. We will cover the different types of inks, embossing, masking, using a stamp positioner, and the myraid of options in the world of rubberstamps. This is a mini-altered journal class. Each journal will be different depending on the artisitc creativity of the artist. Learn how to make a nice tight corner when covering books and have fun experimenting with different papers.

JOURNAL BY THE BOOK - Instructor:
Donna Tavares Students will take apart a book andalter it by recovering, adding new journal pages, embellising, and sew in signatures using wax linen and beads. The paper that makes up the journal can be painted on, collaged on, and even use watercolors on it. These beautiful and unique journals can be kept for personal diaries or given as a gift.

PORTFOLIO - Instructor:
Karen Anthony In this class you will make a wonderful stationary portfolio (motif changes with the season) and several matching notecards. Explore the use of DTP with cats eyes and other inks to change the appearance of your cardstock. The multi-layering of stamps in a collage effect makes this a one-of-a-kind piece of artwork perfect for gift giving!
