EGG SOUFFLÉ

8 slightly beaten eggs
8 slices of bread, cubed
1 1/2 tsp. salt
1 1/2 dry mustard
2 lbs. sausage, cooked and chopped (you can use bacon or ham or any combination of)
1 1/2 C. Shredded Cheese
2 1/2 C. Milk

Mix all ingredients together, pour into a 9x12" baking pan and refrigerate overnight.
Bake 45-50 min at 350 degrees.
