PEANUT BUTTER BITES

1 cup sugar
1 egg
1 cup peanut butter (smooth or chunky)

-Mix ingredients in bowl
-Using a small cookie scoop drop cookies onto a cookie sheet

-Bake for 10-minutes ONLY in a 350 degree oven

-Let Cool

Yield: 18 cookies
