SPECIAL RICE WITH COUSCOUS

2 C. Minute Rice
1/4 C. Tomato/Basil/Spinach couscous
3/4 stick butter
2 C. Broth (beef or chicken)

Saute the rice and couscous in butter, stirring frequently.

Season with basil, parsley, freshly ground pepper, and onion salt.

When the rice begins to brown add broth and cover tightly. When mixture comes to a boil remove from heat and allow rice to absorb all liquid while remaining tightly covered (5-7 minutes)
