TACO SALAD

Ingredients:

2 Heads Iceburg Lettuce
1 lb. Ground beef
2 pkgs. Taco Seasoning
1 Large Bottle Catalina Dressing
1 Onion (or ½ onion), chopped
2 Medium Tomatoes, diced
8 oz. Pkg. Shredded Chedder Cheese or Taco Cheese
1 Big Bag Doritos- smashed
1 Can Olives, chopped (optional)

Brown ground beef, drain and add one pkg. of taco seasoning (as directed on the pkg.). Let cool.

Mix other taco seasoning pkg. w/ Catalina dressing, keep separate.

Mix lettuce, onion, cheese, olives and ground beef.

When ready to serve, add together the ground beef mixture, dressing, tomatoes and Doritos
