JORENE'S CAESAR & ZITI CHICKEN SALAD

1 (lb.) box noodles (ziti/penne)
1 bottle Gardino’s Caesar dressing
3 tablespoons red wine vinegar
1 pound or more of boneless chicken breast, grilled/stir fried
1 head or package of Romaine lettuce
Parmesan cheese (shredded)

Boil noodles, drain. Marinate with ¾ of the Caesar dressing, red wine vinegar; cool in the refrigerator.

Grill or stir-fry the chicken and mix this with the noodles and continue to cool.

When ready to serve, mix with Romaine lettuce and Parmesan cheese.

I have trouble finding the Cardinni’s Caesar dressing sometimes, so I usually use Kraft’s Low Fat/Fat Free Caesar dressing.
